HOLDING DEPOSIT
We will require a holding deposit of 1 weeks rent to secure a property.
This amount is offset against the deposit once the let proceeds. The holding deposit is non-refundable should the tenant decide not to proceed with the application, fails the right to rent checks or provides false or misleading information.
BOND
Equivalent to 5 weeks rent, payable prior to check in.
LOSS OF KEYS/LOCK CHANGE
We will charge £15 per hour of our time for attending call out appointments in exceptional circumstances.

SURRENDER OF THE TENANCY
Should the tenant wish to surrender the tenancy during the fixed term of the agreement, the tenant is liable for the landlords cost of re-letting the property, plus the rent outstanding up until a new tenancy takeover.
